How do I search for homes on SilloSpace?

Use the search bar on our homepage or go to /buy. Filter by location, price, beds, baths, property type and more. You can also draw a custom area on the map to define your search zone.

What is a Sillostimate?

A Sillostimate is SilloSpace's AI-powered estimate of a property's current market value. It's updated daily and factors in recent sales, property details and local market conditions.

Do I need an agent to buy a home?

No — you can search and explore listings independently. However, a buyer's agent is free for you (paid by the seller) and can provide invaluable guidance, especially for first-time buyers.

How do I list my home for sale?

Sign in to your account and click "Sell" in the navigation. You'll be prompted to enter your address, add photos, set a price and provide property details. Listings are reviewed and published within 24 hours.

What are closing costs?

Closing costs are fees paid at the end of a real estate transaction — typically 2–5% of the purchase price. They include lender fees, title insurance, appraisal costs, escrow fees and pre-paid taxes and insurance.

Renting
How do I apply for a rental on SilloSpace?

Find a listing you're interested in and click "Apply now". You'll complete a rental application including income verification, ID and references. SilloSpace's Universal Rental Application is accepted by all our partner landlords.

What is SilloSpace's Rent Reporting feature?

With Rent Reporting, your on-time rent payments are reported to major credit bureaus, helping you build credit history the same way homeowners do with mortgage payments.

Can landlords see my full credit report?

Landlords see a summary report — pass/fail result plus income-to-rent ratio. They do not receive your full credit file. You control what is shared and can see exactly what the landlord sees.

Is SilloSpace free to use?

Yes — searching listings, saving homes, setting up alerts and contacting agents are all free. Premium features such as Premier Agent® and advanced listing analytics require a paid subscription.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Notice. This action cannot be undone.

How do I update my email or password?

Go to Account Settings → Profile and click "Edit". You can update your email, password, notification preferences and connected accounts from this page.

Agents & Professionals
How do I become a verified agent on SilloSpace?

Create an agent account and submit your licence number for verification. Once verified, your profile will display a verification badge and you'll be eligible for Premier Agent® placement.

What is Premier Agent®?

Premier Agent® is SilloSpace's advertising programme for agents. It gives you prominent placement on relevant listings, a dedicated lead inbox, CRM tools and performance analytics.

How does SilloSpace handle lead attribution?

Leads are attributed to the listing agent by default. If a buyer contacts the platform without selecting a specific agent, leads are routed based on Premier Agent® placement and local market activity.
