Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using SilloSpace's website, mobile applications and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the Platform or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable local, national or international law.
  • Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the Platform without our written permission.
  • Post false, misleading or fraudulent listing information.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its related systems.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

By submitting content to the Platform (including listing descriptions, photos, reviews and messages), you grant SilloSpace a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content (excluding user-submitted content), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SilloSpace, Inc. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SilloSpace does not warrant that listing information is accurate, complete or current. Sillostimates and other automated valuations are estimates only and are not appraisals. You should independently verify all information before making any real estate decision.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SilloSpace, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amounts paid by you to SilloSpace in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
