  • Third-party sources — MLS feeds, public property records, county assessor data, credit bureaus (for mortgage and rental products) and social login providers.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate and improve the Platform and our services.
  • Personalise your experience and show you relevant listings and recommendations.
  • Process transactions and communicate about your account.
  • Send marketing communications (you can opt out at any time).
  • Train and improve our AI and machine learning models using aggregated, de-identified data.
  • Detect fraud, enforce our Terms and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

  • Real estate professionals — agents, brokers and lenders you choose to contact.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

The Platform is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated notice.
