How do I create an account?
Creating an account on SilloSpace is free and takes less than a minute: 1. Click "Get Started" or "Sign In" in the top navigation bar. 2. Choose to register with Google (one click) or with your email address. 3. If using email: enter your name, email and create a password (minimum 8 characters). 4. Click "Create Account". 5. You're in! You can now save homes, message agents and set up property alerts. Note: You do not need an account to browse listings. Account registration unlocks saved searches, favourites, tour requests and your inbox.
How do I reset my password?
If you've forgotten your password: 1. Go to the Sign In page. 2. Click "Forgot password?" below the password field. 3. Enter the email address associated with your account. 4. Check your inbox for a password reset email — it arrives within a few minutes. 5. Click the link in the email (valid for 1 hour) and create a new password. If you signed up with Google (social login), you don't have a password on our platform — use the "Continue with Google" button instead. Still locked out? Contact our support team at support@sillospace.com with your account email and we'll help you regain access.
How do I save homes and set up property alerts?
Saving homes: 1. On any listing, tap the heart icon (♡) in the top corner of the property photo. 2. The home is added to your Favourites tab (accessible from the tab bar on mobile or the account dropdown on desktop). 3. You can view, compare and remove saved homes any time. Property alerts (coming soon): We'll notify you by email when: • A saved home drops in price • A similar property is listed in your search area • A home you're interested in has an open house To manage notifications: Account → Settings → Notifications
How do I delete my account?
To delete your SilloSpace account: 1. Go to Account → Settings. 2. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account". 3. Confirm by entering your password. What gets deleted: • Your profile and personal information • Saved homes and search history • All messages and conversations Please note: • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. • If you have an active agent subscription, cancel it first to avoid further billing. • Listings you submitted as an agent will remain on the platform but will be disassociated from your account. Alternatively, you can deactivate your account temporarily — your data is preserved and you can reactivate at any time.
