What does the free plan include?
SilloSpace is free to use for buyers and renters. How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription: 1. Log in to your account. 2. Go to Account → Settings → Billing. 3. Click "Manage Subscription" and then "Cancel Plan". 4. Confirm your cancellation. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period — you won't be charged again after that. Important: We don't offer prorated refunds for unused time in the current period. If you cancel on day 5 of a 30-day cycle, you retain access for the remaining 25 days. If you cancel by mistake, you can resubscribe at any time to restore your plan.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following payment methods: • Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards • Debit cards with Visa or Mastercard logo • PayPal • Apple Pay (on supported devices) • Google Pay All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We never store your full card number on our servers. For agent subscription plans, billing is monthly or annual (annual plans receive a discount). Your card is charged automatically on the same date each period.
