How do I submit a property listing?
To submit a listing on SilloSpace: 1. Log in to your agent account (you must have an agent role — contact us if you need to upgrade). 2. Click your avatar → "My Listings" → "Add Listing". 3. Complete the listing form: • Photos (up to 20 images, drag-and-drop upload) • Basic info: title, listing type (sale/rent), property type, MLS number • Location: full address and optional GPS coordinates for the map pin • Size & rooms: beds, baths, square footage, year built • Interior & exterior features • Financial details: price, HOA fee, annual tax • Amenities: select from our full checklist 4. Click "Submit for Review". 5. Our team reviews your listing within 1–2 business days and publishes it, or contacts you if changes are needed. Note: All new listings go through admin review before appearing publicly. You cannot self-publish.
Why was my listing rejected and how do I fix it?
Common reasons for listing rejection: • Insufficient or low-quality photos — listings need at least 3 clear photos; blurry or dark images are not acceptable. • Inaccurate information — the price, size or address doesn't match the actual property. • Missing required fields — title, listing type and price are mandatory. • Prohibited content — the description contains contact information (phone/email), which must go through our platform messaging. • Duplicate listing — the same property is already listed under another account. • Policy violation — the listing violates our fair housing or content policies. How to fix it: 1. Go to My Listings — the rejected listing will show a "Rejected" badge. 2. Click the edit (pencil) icon. 3. Make the necessary corrections. 4. Click "Save Changes" — this automatically resubmits for review. Still unclear? Check the rejection email we sent, which includes specific feedback.
How do agent leads work?
A lead is generated every time a logged-in buyer or renter sends an enquiry about one of your listings. This happens when they use the contact form on your property page (Tour, Info or Apply). Where to see leads: • Go to Agent Portal → Leads • Each lead shows the buyer's name, enquiry type (Tour/Info/Application), the property they're interested in, and the timestamp. • Click any lead to open the full conversation in your Inbox. Response time matters: Agents who respond within 1 hour are 7x more likely to convert a lead. Set up mobile notifications to be alerted instantly. Lead quality: All leads come from registered users with verified email addresses — no anonymous spam.
How do I get verified as an agent?
Verification builds trust with buyers and gives your listings a verified badge. Here's how to complete it: 1. Go to Agent Portal → Verification. 2. Complete each step: a. License Number — enter your state real estate license number b. Brokerage — confirm the brokerage you work under c. Profile Photo — upload a professional headshot d. Government ID — upload a clear photo of your driver's license or passport 3. Click "Submit for Verification". 4. Our team reviews within 2–3 business days. 5. Once approved, a blue verified checkmark appears on all your listings and your agent profile. Verified agents receive: • Higher placement in agent search results • A verified badge on all listings • Increased buyer trust and conversion rates
